Job Positions and Qualifications

Manager Up to 40 Years

Experience: At least 10 years’ experience in Credit portfolio in any Bank of which around 5 years in Asst. Manager cadre. Exposure to credit portfolio (Presanction Scrutiny and Appraisal Documentation, Disbursement, Post Sanction Monitoring and Follow- up) is mandatory.
Assistant Manager Up to 35 Years

Experience: At least 5 years’ experience in Credit portfolio in any Bank of which around 3 years in Officer cadre. Exposure to credit portfolio (Presanction Scrutiny and Appraisal Documentation, Disbursement, Post Sanction Monitoring and Follow- up) is mandatory.
Officer Up to 35 Years

Experience: At least 3 years’ experience in Banking portfolio in Officer/ Clerical cadre. Knowledge and experience of credit portfolio will be preferred. Multi-tasking will be added merit.
Marketing Executive Up to 25 Years
  • Experience of 2 / 3 yrs. in marketing of various Retail Loan products preferred.
  • The candidate should be smart, having good communication skills and well conversant in English, Hindi and Marathi languages.
Team Leader Marketing Up to 40 Years

Experience:

  • At least 7 years’ experience in any Bank / NBFC / DSA of which around 3 years’ experience in Managerial cadre having skills to handle sales team for Target Achievement.
  • Prior exposure to selling of banking products like Retail Loans (Personal & Business) to clients/customers is mandatory. This includes home loans, auto loans, LAP, Personal Loans, Professional Loans, Business loans etc.
  • The candidate should be smart, having good communication skills, good understanding of handling loan products and markets.
  • Candidate should be well conversant with English, Hindi and Marathi languages
